  • Agency operational analytics and reporting
  • Communication between authorized medical personnel
  • Training and quality assurance activities

3. Prohibited Uses

  • Accessing patient records without authorization or legitimate medical purpose
  • Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals
  • Attempting to circumvent access controls or security measures
  • Using the platform for purposes unrelated to EMS operations
  • Introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Excessive automated access that degrades service for other users
  • Unauthorized data extraction or scraping
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access, notification to the user's agency administrator, and where required, reporting to relevant authorities.
